The fleet already produced telemetry; nobody could act on it. We built a streaming pipeline that scores each route in near real time against traffic, load and driver behaviour, and surfaced it as three numbers a dispatcher can act on rather than a wall of charts. Fuel spend fell 17% in the first quarter, and idle time became something managers actually manage.
