Overview
Clinicians will not adopt a system that slows a consultation down. We shadowed real clinics for two weeks before configuring anything, cut the admission flow from nine screens to three, and made the record work offline so a dropped link never blocks care. Laboratory, radiology and pharmacy talk over HL7 v2 and FHIR, and patient data never leaves the Kingdom.
