Overview
Forty services lived across eleven systems, each with its own login and its own idea of what a national ID looked like. We built a single front door: one identity, one design system, one place to track a request. Arabic is the primary layout, not a mirrored afterthought. Peak-load testing was run against Hajj-season traffic patterns, and the portal held at four times projected concurrency.
